Solicitamos: Practicante de Logística y Tráfico.

Escolaridad: Licenciatura en Relaciones Exteriores, Comercio Internacional, Negocios Internacionales, Ingeniería de Transporte o afín. 

Experiencia: 6 meses en operaciones de tráfico y logística.

Idioma: Inglés (Intermedio).

Misión de la vacante: Apoyar en las actividades administrativas y operativas a los especialistas de Tráfico, Empaque, en temas Aduanales y de Transporte de materiales a través de los diferentes medios; aéreo, marítimo, terrestre, embalaje, aduanas etc.

Actividades principales: 

• Realizar funciones de administración para procesar documentos en los diferentes sistemas volvo.
• Apoyar en el seguimiento de embarques marítimos y terrestres para inbound y outbound.
• Brindar el soporte para generar y programar recolecciones y salidas, así como despachos de las mercancías.
• Apoyar en la revisión de pedimentos y liberación de operaciones de aduana.
• Colaborar en las cuentas de gastos para tráfico.
• Verificar la actualización de las bases de datos/ Captura de Datos.
• Ayudar al seguimiento a reclamos ante compañía aseguradora.
• Seguimiento con Forwardes, líneas transportistas, agentes aduanales, para el arribo en la carga y descarga de las mercancías.
• Apoyo en elaboración de reportes y KPI.
• Soporte en programación de arribos con almacen general.
• Seguimiento a discrepancias con almacenes general.
