Solicitamos: Practicante de Planeación de Materiales.
Misión de la vacante: Brindar soporte al área de Planeación de Materiales en el análisis, control y seguimiento de los requerimientos de materiales para la producción de autobuses, contribuyendo a la disponibilidad oportuna de insumos, la optimización de inventarios y el cumplimiento del plan de producción.
Escolaridad: Ing. Industrial, Logística, Cadena de Suministro, Administración Industrial, etc (Recíen Egresados).
Experiencia: Manejo o conocimiento básico de Microsoft Office y/o deseable haber participado en proyectos escolares o actividades académicas relacionadas con logística o cadena de suministro.
Idioma: Inglés (Intermedio).
Actividades principales:
- Participar en el cumplimiento de los pilares de la metodología VPS dentro de las operaciones del área, asegurando la ejecución de las normas de seguridad, orden y limpieza (5S), calidad, entregas y competencias dentro del almacén y oficinas.
- Trabajar en conjunto con áreas de Almacén, Logística y Producción para asegurar la continuidad operativa de la cadena de suministro.
- Participar en auditorías internas y externas relacionadas con la gestión de materiales, inventarios, seguridad, ambiental y 5s.
- Apoyar a los planeadores en las actividades relacionadas a la planeación y arribo de materiales conforme al plan maestro de producción
- Generar reportes e indicadores (KPIs) del área de planeación de materiales.
- Dar seguimiento a los cambios por DCN y cambios tardíos (CA´s y CBS’s), informar a los planeadores y confirmar al área correspondiente las fechas de arribo y riesgos de manera oportuna.
- Colaborar en la detección de riesgos de desabasto a través del uso de sistema ERP (SAP), proponer acciones preventivas y brindar soporte al equipo.
- Participar en proyectos de mejora continua establecidos de acuerdo a la estrategia de la compañía y el equipo.
