Solicitamos: Practicante de Sistemas de Gestión
Objetivo de la posición: El/La practicante brindará apoyo en la gestión y actualización de la documentación de los procesos de Volvo Buses México dentro del Business Management Manual (BMM). Coordinará reuniones con los responsables y administradores de los procesos para revisar y validar la información, apoyando en su edición, actualización y publicación en SharePoint. Contribuirá a mantener la documentación vigente, accesible y alineada con los procesos establecidos por la organización.
Requisitos:
- Escolaridad: Ingeniería Industrial, Administración Industrial o carrera afín. Titulado (a)
- Experiencia: Experiencia de 0 - 6 meses de experiencia en la industria automotriz.
Actividades:
- Observar, respetar y hacer respetar las normas de Salud y Seguridad en el Trabajo establecidas por las autoridades.
- Observar, respetar y hacer respetar las normas de Cuidado Ambiental establecidas por las autoridades.
- Observar, respetar y hacer respetar las normas de Calidad de Producto que aplique a su proceso.
- Los dueños, administradores y/o auditores de procesos deben cumplir las responsabilidades y autoridades indicadas en el sistema de gestión cuando aplique.
- Administrar el SharePoint de BMM para mantener actualizada toda la documentación de los procesos de la compañía.
- Coordinar las reuniones con los dueños y administradores de los procesos para revisar, editar y actualizar su documentación.
- Dar soporte a los dueños y administradores de los procesos para mapear sus procesos.
- Dar soporte a los dueños y administradores de los procesos para editar y actualizar su información.
- Dar soporte técnico a los dueños y administradores de los procesos en el manejo de BMM para subir sus documentos.
- Dar seguimiento al control de registros de los procesos mediante la lista maestra.
- Dar soporte administrativo al coordinador de sistemas de gestión durante la auditoría interna.
- Dar soporte administrativo al director de Core Values.
