Solicitamos: Supervisor de Producción.

Objetivo de la posición: Es parte del equipo de una o varias estaciones de trabajo, realiza su trabajo con calidad y en el tiempo asignado, así como también apoya al supervisor a definir las actividades del personal operativo. Muestra el estatus de KPI´s, apoya directamente las actividades VPS en su estación de trabajo. Optimiza los recursos humanos y materiales que se tienen en el departamento.

Requisitos:

• Escolaridad: Ingeniería industrial, mecánica o afín. Titulado.
• Experiencia: 2 años en industria automotriz.
• Idioma: Inglés Intermedio.

 Actividades: 

• Asegurar que el personal de la estación llene los registros de producción y/o Works Chart
• Promover el reporte de ITEMS que afectan los indicadores y generar un plan de trabajo.
• Ejecutar proceso de escalonamiento una vez agotadas las diferentes alternativas.
• Apoyar con la correcta segregación de residuos en las diferentes estaciones
• Seguimiento y cumplimiento de campañas y refacciones
• Seguimiento y solución de delivery stop
• Promover el uso del EPP
• Apoyar la implementación de CAS y CBS
• Verificar que el funcionamiento de los equipos y herramientas sean correcto y/o reportarlo
• Responsable de la capacitación del personal operativo basado en la Matriz de Multihabilidades
• Realizar y analizar los medidores de su área (SQDCEP) y genera un plan de acción cuando están fuera del objetivo
• Apoyar al personal operativo en el cumplimiento de sus operaciones en calidad y tiempo
• Informar si algún colaborador no cumple con el reglamento interno de trabajoAutoridad directa sobre el personal operativo en ausencia del supervisor
