Solicitamos: Practicante Administrativo de Tráfico y Aduana.

Objetivo de la posición: Apoyar al área de logística en la correcta ejecución de procesos administrativos y financieros relacionados con el control, registro y gestión de pagos a proveedores de transporte y Agente Aduanal, garantizando la precisión y puntualidad en las operaciones.

Requisitos: 

• Escolaridad: Recien egresados en Lic. Finanzas, Administración de Empresas, Contabilidad.
• Idioma: Inglés Intermedio.

Actividades: 

• Apoyar en la revisión y validación de facturas, cuentas de gastos y documentos relacionados a fletes internacionales y nacionales para su programación de pago.
• Elaborar reportes de pagos realizados y pendientes.
• Apoyar en la conciliación de cuentas bancarias.
• Envío de provisiones mensuales.
• Verificar la documentación requerida para la autorización de pagos.
• Archivar y digitalizar documentos contables y financieros
• Brindar soporte administrativo al equipo de Logística.
• Administrar los recursos contables del área para lograr los objetivos.
• Cotejar fletes con base a las tarifas negociadas.
• Presentar ideas de mejora en cuanto a costos.
• Codificar en SAP y CONCUR facturas de fletes y cuentas de gastos.
• Analizar reportes financieros para asegurar el cumplimiento de los objetivos definidos.
• Elaborar y analizar KPIS.
• Verificar desviaciones para minimizar impactos de posibles atrasos de pagos.
