Solicitamos: Practicante Cuentas por Pagar

Objetivo de la posición: El/La Practicante Cuentas por Pagar es responsable de apoyar en el registro, revisión y control de facturas, así como en el seguimiento de documentos y soporte a usuarios dentro y fuera del área.

Requisitos:

• Escolaridad: Contador Público, Lic. Contaduría, Administración o afín. Titulado / Pasante
• Experiencia: 0 – 1 año en cuentas por pagar, asegurando el cumplimiento de KPI’s y la gestión oportuna de facturas para mantener la continuidad operativa. Análisis y seguimiento de discrepancias con compras y contraloría, así como elaboración de reportes y soporte en proyectos especiales.
• Idioma: Inglés básico - intermedio

Actividades:

1. • Cumplir con los KPI’s establecidos para el área de Cuentas por Pagar, con especial énfasis en el indicador principal 'Paid on Time' y garantizar la continuidad operativa sin interrupciones en la línea de     producción.
   • Revisar facturas escaneadas por el área de almacén en Toluca, verificando que los montos, moneda y proveedor coincidan con lo registrado en el sistema.
   • Gestionar con contraloría del negocio el detalle de los ajustes a solicitar, tales como diferencias de precio, packing o costos adicionales.
   • Participar en juntas de revisión con el área de compras para analizar a detalle las facturas bloqueadas por diferencias en precio y cantidad.
   • Elaborar y enviar reportes semanales de facturas bloqueadas y desbloqueadas en Toluca, dirigidos a compras y contraloría.
   • Solicitar y gestionar altas de acceso a VVI para proveedores, asegurando que cuenten con los permisos necesarios para operar.
   • Apoyo en general del área y proyectos especiales
