Solicitamos: Practicante de Administración de Ventas.

Objetivo de la posición: Brindar apoyo administrativo en el plan de entregas y facturación anual, así como dar cumplimiento a requerimientos del cliente en la comercialización de Autobuses. Apoyo para control y gestión de archivo de contratos.

Requisitos: 

• Esolaridad: Recien egresados en Lic en Relaciones Internacionales, Comercio Ext., Administración de Empresas o afin.
• Idioma: Inetrmedio ( interperetación en los contratos).
• Software: Paqueteria Office: Intermedio.

Actividades:

• Tener conocimiento del plan de entregas y de facturación de unidades.
• Actuar como enlace en la comunicación entre diferentes áreas de la compañía, con el propósito de apoyar a que se agilicen los diferentes procesos de facturación y entrega de unidades.  
• Verificar el cumplimiento de la documentación de ventas, así como información interna producción, para todas las operaciones de autobuses.
• Atención a diferentes áreas para consulta de información física y electrónica.
• Elaboración de las de órdenes de venta en SAP con los correctos datos para la facturación de autobuses.
• Soporte en el archivamiento y custodia de los documentos, expedientes e información.
• Apoyo para revisar expedientes de clientes, verificando que se encuentren completos de los documentos necesarios para poder iniciar operaciones con ellos.
• Escanear, verificar y capturar información de contratos legales en una base de datos interna y global del Grupo Volvo.
• Innovar procesos con la optimización de sistema de office 365.
