Misión de la vacante: Contribuir al desarrollo y perfeccionamiento de habilidades y conocimientos en el área de capacitación, apoyando la implementación de programas que mejoren la competencia y el rendimiento del equipo, y promoviendo los valores y estándares de Volvo.
Escolaridad: Lic. Administración, Pedagogía, Psicología o Afín (Recíen Egresado).
Experiencia: Contar con conocimientos de procesos de capacitación (6 meses a 1 año).
Idioma: Inglés (Básico/Intermedio)
Actividades principales:
- Planificar, coordinar y apoyar en la organización de las sesiones de capacitación
- Seguimiento del personal nuevo ingreso blue collar a través del formato E2E.
- Asegurar la entrega del DC-3 a los nuevos ingresos al finalizar su capacitación, como cierre de su inducción.
- Crear reportes relacionados con los cursos mandatorios, permitiendo un seguimiento del cumplimiento y avance en la capacitación.
- Brindar apoyo en la gestión de cursos y certificaciones, incluyendo contacto con proveedores, gestión de órdenes de compra, coordinación de logística y apoyo en la organización de aulas.
- Llevar el control del indicador anual sobre los cursos realizados por los BC, para evaluar el progreso y cumplimiento
- Colaborar en la organización y realización de evaluaciones teóricas, tanto en convocatorias internas como externas, asegurando que los procesos se lleven a cabo correctamente.
- Recopilar retroalimentación de los participantes mediante encuestas o entrevistas para medir la calidad y utilidad de las sesiones, y proponer mejoras.
- Mantener actualizados los cursos y/o convenios en plataformas digitales y en los pizarrones.
- Colaborar con diferentes departamentos para entender las necesidades de formación.
