What you will do

 Asegurar el correcto funcionamiento operativo y administrativo de los distintos Puntos de Servicio, de acuerdo con las bases establecidas en el enfoque estratégico, entregando resultados e indicadores demandados por medio de la coordinación y gestión de necesidades de los equipos en cada uno de los puntos

 

Activities

  • Gestionar los PSV´s para la mejor satisfacción de los clientes y resultado final de cada punto:
    • Cumplir con los objetivos de ventas establecidos en BC y revisados a cada Comité de Performance
    • Diseñar e implementar estrategias operacionales para logro de objetivos.
    • Determinar potencial de cada Cliente y participar en elaboración pronóstico de venta mensual
    • Dirigir y supervisar los planes de acción para atender y cubrir la zona del PSV
    • Vigilar el desempeño de los PSV (indicadores de negocio: GP, OI, SSI, penetración de campañas Ventas y Giro de Inventario)
    • Dar seguimiento con visitas y atención a clientes, viabilizando nuevos negocios
    • Seguimiento de WIP y control de inventarios
    • Monitorear periódicamente los procesos operativos en los Puntos de Servicio
    • Dirigir y gestionar equipos de los Puntos de Servicio asegurando su desarrollo continuo y colaborando para la resolución de conflictos
