Solicitamos: Líder auditoría - mercado servicios

Objetivo de la posición: El/La Líder de Logística Interna es responsable de supervisar, planificar y coordinar las actividades del equipo de auditoría del mercado de servicios, controlando mediante auditorías el cumplimiento financiero de todos los VPS (puntos de servicio Volvo) y WSI (talleres integrados) de Volvo Buses México en todo el país, especialmente la notificación correcta y oportuna de sus inventarios en los sistemas informáticos y los procesos financieros, con el fin de detectar y prevenir malas prácticas o posibles fraudes.

Requisitos:

• Escolaridad: Licenciatura en Administración de Empresas, Contabilidad, Finanzas o un campo relacionado, con formación complementaria en cumplimiento normativo, control interno o afín. Titulado.
• Experiencia: +7 años de experiencia profesional combinada en el ámbito empresarial y/o en un entorno de auditoría.
• Idioma: Inglés Avanzado (hablado) – No negociable

Actividades:

• Supervisar al equipo de auditoría del mercado de servicios en las tareas relacionadas con la redacción y presentación de informes de auditoría, así como con el establecimiento y seguimiento de planes de medidas correctivas basados en los resultados de la auditoría.
• Cumplir y hacer cumplir las normas de seguridad, medio ambiente y laborales.
• Impulsar la mejora continua mediante programas institucionales y VPS.
• Asegurar el cumplimiento de responsabilidades del sistema de gestión en procesos y auditorías.
• Supervisar la planificación, ejecución y seguimiento de auditorías en VPS y WSI.
• Controlar recuentos de inventario (cíclicos, ciegos y por muestreo) de forma presencial y remota.
• Garantizar auditorías completas de inventario conforme a normas VICS.
• Detectar desviaciones y definir acciones correctivas en gestión de inventarios.
• Escalar oportunamente hallazgos críticos a las áreas correspondientes.
• Analizar tendencias, riesgos y mejores prácticas, impulsando planes de mejora interfuncionales.
• Gestionar el desempeño del equipo, reportar KPIs y asegurar el cumplimiento de políticas y controles internos.

• Lunes a viernes

• Lugar de trabajo: Base Tultitlan (disponibilidad para viajar 70%, visita a diversos PSV y WSI VOLVO)
