What you will do
The purpose of the role is to provide engineering graduates with a challenging, hands-on role in a dynamic and diverse working environment, enabling them to gain practical experience.
Reporting: This position reports to Engineering & Maintenance Manager.
Job Objectives:
Project management: Pilot Product or industrial projects:
- Pilot a X Functional team to reach target.
- Report to Steering Committee.
- Prepare Investments request.
- Secure Start of Production and manage handover to Production.
Optimize plant layout and improve operational flow according Master plan.
Standardize and enhance engineering practices within the (FC) Fitment Centre.
Deploy and embed the “Engineering Way of Working” (WoW) in daily activities:
- Standard of Production.
- Ergonomics, Quality, Environment.
- Assembly line efficiency.
- End-to-end logistics flow.
Monitor adherence and continuously improve engineering practices.
Re-organize and enhance the efficiency of the Maintenance Department:
- Redesign shop shopfloor layout for better workflow and accessibility with support of Maintenance team.
- Improve Spare Parts Management (inventory, accessibility, tracking).
- Improve Preventive Maintenance Plan with Services.
- Support Maintenance strategic plan 2026 -2028.
- Deploy Product Maintenance Way of Working (WoW).
Establish and roll out standardized practices for product maintenance.
Define and document Product Maintenance WoW in plant and in FC.
Monitor effectiveness and iterate based on feedback.

- Matric.
- Diploma/Degree in Industrial/Mechanical Engineering or in Project Management.
