How You Can Make a Difference

As a Vulnerability Management & Security Operations Support Apprentice, you will play an important role in enabling the Vulnerability Management Team to operate more efficiently by supporting daily operational, administrative, and governance activities. The team is responsible for vulnerability management across infrastructure, cloud, operational technology (OT), and site security assessments, helping to build a secure and resilient digital ecosystem.

Your contribution will help streamline operational processes, improve communication, maintain documentation, and ensure timely follow-up of requests received through the team's functional mailboxes. You will also support reporting activities, dashboard monitoring, data validation, and process documentation, allowing Security Engineers and Regional Security Coordinators to focus on vulnerability analysis, remediation support, security projects, and risk reduction initiatives.

Additionally, you will have the opportunity to learn and work with digital tools such as SharePoint, Power BI, Qualys, Azure, PowerApps, ServiceNow, Microsoft 365, and other platforms used by the team. We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic student currently pursuing a degree in: Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Data Analytics or related fields.

You should have:

  • Good communication skills in English (minimum B2 level preferred)
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 tools
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Interest in cybersecurity and digital technologies
  • Willingness to learn and grow in a global IT environment

Previous knowledge of Power BI, SharePoint, ServiceNow, Power Apps, scripting, or cybersecurity concepts is a plus, but not required.

To succeed in this position, it is important to have good interpersonal communication, proactivity, an analytical profile, agile mindset, and logical reasoning.  

And since we are part of an international group, it is expected that you can communicate with different teams in various countries such as India, Sweden, Brazil, Poland, the United States, China, Belgium and France.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and manage requests received through the Vulnerability Management functional mailboxes (4 in total).
  • Perform initial triage, categorization, and assignment of requests to the appropriate team members.
  • Track open actions and follow up with stakeholders to ensure timely resolution of requests and operational activities.
  • Maintain and update process documentation, guidelines, standard operating procedures (SOPs), knowledge articles, and training materials.
  • Support the creation and maintenance of SharePoint content and collaboration spaces.
  • Assist in the collection, consolidation, and analysis of cybersecurity metrics, KPIs, and dashboard data.
  • Support the maintenance and validation of asset inventories, vulnerability management records, and operational trackers.
  • Help prepare presentations, reports, governance materials, meeting minutes, and communication content.
  • Support onboarding, training coordination, knowledge-transfer activities, and internal communication initiatives.
  • Assist Security Engineers and Regional Security Coordinators with administrative and operational tasks related to vulnerability remediation follow-up, security governance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Contribute to the improvement and digitalization of team processes using tools such as SharePoint, Power BI, ServiceNow, Power Apps, Azure DevOps, and Microsoft 365.
  • Participate in team meetings and support action-item tracking, ensuring visibility and accountability across ongoing activities.
  • Help strengthen the team's digital presence, communication practices, and operational governance.
