What you will do
We are looking for a motivated and data-oriented person to join our team and contribute to the continuous improvement of our digital solutions.
The role combines PowerApps management, data quality, dashboard monitoring, reporting. You will work in an international environment and interact with different stakeholders across countries and functions.
A strong interest in digital tools, data and process improvement is essential, together with the ability to understand business needs and translate them into practical digital solutions.
How You Can Make a Difference
You will contribute to improving the way we collect, structure, visualize and use IT OPS data. Your main interaction will be with the IT OPS stable team. You will help ensure that information is complete, reliable and easy to access, while supporting the development and continuous enhancement of our PowerApps and reporting solutions.
You will also contribute to monitoring site status, maturity levels, activities and IT OPS performance indicators, helping the team identify gaps, follow progress and make data-driven decisions.
Curiosity, autonomy, analytical thinking, teamwork and a strong interest in digital solutions are key to succeeding in this role.

Experience or interest in PowerApps, Power BI, Azure DevOps, SharePoint or ServiceNow would be a strong advantage (but it’s not mandatory). And since we are part of an international group, it is expected that you can communicate with different teams in various countries. We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Local IT Delivery Quality & Enablement Management Apprentice to join our team. The ideal candidate will be eager to learn and possess excellent problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and improve PowerApps solutions (for Local IT teams & Application teams).
Create mockup, support testing, UAT, deployment and communication of new features.
Monitor data quality and solve issues/challenges
Transform requirements from stakeholders into new features.
Collect, structure and analyse data.
Monitor key indicators such as: as-is picture completion, maturity levels, rollout progress.
Maintain and improve Power BI dashboards and reporting.
Create user guidelines/ SOP/ documentation connected to our digital solution.
Register, manage requests, update and follow up user stories in the Azure DevOps backlog.
Provide support to DPOs and prepare relevant data, status and maturity information.
Support the communication and promotion of new digital solutions and improvements.
We are aiming for a data-driven role focused on PowerApps, dashboards, data quality and digital solutions to improve visibility, support Local IT teams and drive continuous improvement.
