Who we are?

Our entity oversees the Volvo Group’s global supply chain operations. The Volvo Group is a prominent leader in industrial and construction vehicles, supported by recognized brands such as Volvo Trucks, Renault Trucks, Mack Trucks, among others. With a presence in all major markets, our department comprises 4,000 professionals across more than 30 countries. We ensure optimal availability of spare parts worldwide for all brands within the group, playing a critical role in maintaining societal infrastructure, ensuring timely delivery of food to retailers, reliable power for hospitals, and efficient transportation for workers. We achieve this by maintaining uninterrupted operation of Volvo Group trucks, engines, buses, and construction equipment globally.

Our department has significant representation in the USA, Brazil, Sweden, Belgium, and France, which serves as the hub for this opportunity.

We are seeking talented individuals to help streamline and enhance our processes and customer satisfaction through innovative analytic tools, both descriptive and prescriptive. Managing vast quantities of data—from millions of order lines to connected vehicles—we require your expertise to drive data-driven decision-making that delivers high-value outcomes.

Who are you?

You possess a passion for interpreting and leveraging data, and you take pride in implementing practical solutions to challenges. You are pragmatic and dedicated to producing solutions that are functional and widely adopted. You thrive within international teams. Trust, open-mindedness, initiative, and customer orientation inform your actions and decisions. Your commitment spans from design to production, and the context will enable further development of your leadership capabilities.

Proficiency in English is essential, as it is used daily. Depending on the assignment, you have coding skills (primarily (Python, Dax, Prompting co-piloted AI tools) to produce intelligent and automated dashboards with high added value, but not only. Experience with no-code/low-code platforms (mainly Office 365) and advanced data engineering tools is also valuable. Familiarity with supply chain management is considered advantageous.

French language is highly recommended.
