We are seeking a dynamic and experienced IT Quality Performance Management Manager to lead our reporting team and enhance our service delivery through data-driven insights.

As the IT Quality Performance Management Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our IT quality reporting strategy within the IT Quality Performance Management team. You will lead a talented group responsible for analyzing and reporting on IT process performance and quality metrics. Your insights will guide decision-making and drive continuous improvement across our IT services. 

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor a team of analysts in the collection, analysis, and reporting of IT process performance and quality data.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive reporting frameworks and dashboards that provide actionable insights into process performance and quality metrics.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and ensure alignment with business objectives through effective reporting.
  • Monitor and evaluate IT service management processes, ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices, with a focus on reporting outcomes.
  • Present findings and recommendations to senior management, translating complex data into clear, concise reports that drive strategic decisions.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement by promoting data-driven decision-making across the organization, emphasizing the importance of accurate reporting.

 

Who are you?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in IT service management, quality assurance, or data analysis, with a minimum of 5 years in a managerial or leadership role.
  • Strong understanding of ITIL frameworks and service management best practices.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and reporting software (e.g., Power BI, ClickView, ServiceNow …).
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Experience into sourcing landscaping.
