  • You have completed 5 years of higher education in the IT field
  • Your open-mindedness and ability to establish relationships with different partners will be fundamental to your success in this role
  • As a team leader, you will have to work as part of a team to meet the needs of internal customers
  • You are inquisitive, autonomous and able to make suggestions
  • A good communicator, both orally and in writing
  • You are able to understand and express yourself clearly in English
  • If you know the ITIL method (Incident/Problem/Change/Request/Asset), that's even better!

What you will doYour mission if you accept it …

Working in the Digital Delivery Area, you will be helping to transform our company, the transport industry and society as a whole.

You will be : Technical Solution Engineer. You will have a facilitating role within France Solution.

What's included:

  • Working with our service provider HCL, which is responsible for the infrastructure, maintenance and deployment of the solutions.
  • Act as a link with the Build teams.
  • Be a facilitator on the Support side. You will lead the support teams.
  • Take on the role of Problem Coordinator for a defined area.

 

Context / Perimeter...

You will be working in a cross-functional area, mainframe and traditional solutions. You will be working with the Build teams, built around 2 products.

We are working in an industrial context near to the factories. You will be required to interact with the business and stakeholders.

Ours expectations…

Support with our ITIL service provider :

  • Make technical changes visible to the service provider
  • Analyze and support the implementation of sustainable actions: monitoring
  • Weekly monitoring: changes, tests to be planned, bottlenecks
  • Vulnerability monitoring
  • Participation in P1 incidents to support the teams

 

« Problem Coordinator » :

  • Coordinate problems with the Build teams
  • Work in collaboration with our other « Problem Coordinator ».

 

Agile support Team:

  • Change management
  • Incident management
  • DPOs Support
  • Monitoring incidents / Follow SLA

Expected Compétences…

General skills :

  • Strong solution delivery skills and experience 
  • Knowledge of IT infrastructure architecture and configuration
  • Manage dependencies and collaborate with other teams
  • Ability to communicate with a wide range of people
  • Collaboration within the team - Leadership
  • Good knowledge of English
  • Actively improves the skills of others through training, coaching and mentoring.
  • Challenge, willingness to learn, enthusiasm, knowledge sharing
  • ITIL

 

Technic skills :

  • Agile, Scrum
  • Azure DevOps
  • Knowledge of "Mainframe, MQ, JAVA, Database" would be a bonus.

You will be working in a department of 14 people divided into 3 teams. You'll be able to work cross-functionally with teams from other products.

We listen to each other and work in Agile mode on a large scale.
