What you will do

You will be responsible for for managing financial records andensuring compliance with the applicable laws and regulations. You will have to dive into diverse tasks that keep the business running smoothly.

We are looking for a team member in Financial Control and Accounting (FCA) team who would be a great collaborator and would like to take the initiative and create solutions for modern ways of working.

Main activities and core responsibilities:

  • Execution of settlements with customers, work with Cash pool, Netting, Forecast tools. 
  • Communication with customers (reconciling debts, identifying discrepancies, solving problems). 
  • Filling out and submitting guarantee documents to the bank. 
  • Preparing reminders to customers. 
  • Accounting and writing off debts. 
  • Work in the Black Line system (checking GL balances, identifying discrepancies, approving) 
  • Work in the Master Finance SAP system (accounting for bank transactions, settling customer balances, preparing and checking records). 
  • Assistance in the internal and external audit process, submitting documents. 
  • Assistance to the team in implementing the new SAP S4 Hana system.

Who are you?

To fit our ideal profile, You have: 

  • Education in business management / finance / accounting or a related field. 
  • Accounting knowledge and 2-3 years of accounting experience.  
  • A passion for accounting tasks and a commitment to professional growth. 
  • Work experience in the Master Finance SAP system would be an advantage. 

Competences and skills: 

  • Fluent in Lithuanian and  English skills, both verbal and written. 
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills. 
  • Attention to details and systematic way of working, self-starter. 
  • Independently interacting & problem-solving skills with the client/internal stake holders to resolve queries. 
  • Flexibility, ability to quickly absorb knowledge. 
  • Ability to work independently and willingness to take ownership with a thirst to learn, share skills, knowledge and expertise. 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Excel (v-look up, pivot).
