What you will do
Join our dynamic team as an Aftersales Representative, where you will play an important role in enhancing our customers' experience through services sales, exceptional administrative support, and data management. We are seeking a proactive team member who thrives on collaboration, is customer-focused and is eager to implement solutions for modern working practices, especially in services sales. Strong communication, inventive problem-solving, and adaptability are essential to making each customer’s experience with us smooth, efficient, and genuinely rewarding.
Main activities and core responsibilities:
• Take ownership of the aftersales customer journey, making sure sales are completed seamlessly and on time;
• Execute sales of maintenance and repair service contracts in cooperation with Truck Sales Representatives towards the achievement of profitability and sales objectives;
• Keep customers updated on sales process progress, providing clear and proactive communication;
• Oversee customer inquiries, complaints, and technical issues with a solution-oriented approach;
• Prepare service contracts, maintain accurate customer records in Salesforce software;
• Proactively seek opportunities to enhance service offerings using local knowledge, analysis of customer needs and customer relationships;
• Build strong working relationships with the corresponding Volvo Business Area sales team.
Who are you?
To fit our ideal profile, You have:
- A degree or relevant work experience in customer service and/or sales, preferably in technical environment;
- A customer service mindset, with a strong desire to learn and take on new challenges;
- Creative and proactive problem-solving mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction;
- Knowledge of vehicle market and the broader business solutions landscape;
- Target-driven, self-motivated and tenacious in achieving the set objectives.
Competences and skills:
- Strong customer service orientation with a proven ability to proactively solve customer issues
- Demonstrated sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to close service-related deals
- Solid knowledge of aftersales products and services, with the ability to effectively sell service solutions
- Technical understanding of vehicles and their components, enabling confident communication with customers and service teams
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced and changing environment
- High level of ownership, accountability and result-oriented mindset
- Strong relationship-building skills with customers and internal stakeholders across Volvo Group
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal), with the ability to manage customer expectations
- Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
- Fluent in Lithuanian and advanced level in English

Salary level: from 2.000€ to 2.700€ per month gross base salary (before withholding taxes) depending on skills and experience + Performance-based sales bonus system. Salary depends on skills, work experience and work results.
