What you will do
Join our dynamic team as a Connectivity Services Representative, where you will play an important role in enhancing our customers' experience through exceptional administrative support, services sales, invoicing, and data management. We are seeking a proactive team member who thrives on collaboration and is eager to implement solutions for modern working practices, especially in connectivity solutions and services sales.
Main activities and core responsibilities:
• Administer vehicle telematics services.
• Proactively prepare and present tailored proposals, effectively sell connectivity services and service contracts to customers.
• Provide customer support in utilizing the telematics portal.
• Set up and maintain customer accounts, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
• Manage invoicing processes.
• Collaborate with sales and service teams to address and fulfill all customer needs effectively.
• Oversee the administration of various documentation related to services and contracts.
Who are you?
To fit our ideal profile, You possess:
• A degree or relevant work experience in customer service and/or administration and/or sales.
• A customer service mindset, with a strong desire to learn and take on new challenges.
• A passion for administrative tasks and an interest in connectivity solutions.
Competences and skills:
• Strong focus on customer service, with a proactive approach to resolving customer issues.
• Eagerness to acquire knowledge of connectivity products and services, aiming to become an expert
• Ability to work independently, take ownership of tasks, and a thirst for learning and sharing knowledge.
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Good time management, analytical skills and strong attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint).
• Fluency in Lithuanian and advanced proficiency in English
