What you will do

At Volvo Financial Services you will contribute to the transformation of our company, the transport industry and society at large.

Territory Manager is responsible for the execution of financing activities for the assigned customer accounts to ensure the achievement of Volvo Financial Services sales, yield, market penetration, customer satisfaction and productivity objectives. Territory Manager‘s activities are focused to actual sales and are customer facing but is also working in a cross functional team. Territory Manager is a member of the commercial team of Volvo Financial Services in Lithuania and supports sales of Volvo Group sister Business Areas (Volvo Trucks, Renault Trucks, Volvo Construction Equipment, Volvo Bus).

 

Main activities and core responsibilities:

• Execute sales & marketing strategies towards the achievement of profitability and sales objectives 
• Execute the captive approach and sales & marketing process according to defined standards 
• Manage assigned customer accounts to achieve the goals and develop business relationships
• Maximize growth and new business development with a strong focus on interest spread, fee income and profitability while securing the quality of the credit portfolio 
• Proactively seek opportunities to enhance service offerings using local knowledge and customer relationships 
• Build strong working relationships with the corresponding Volvo Business Area sales team

In this role, you will bring: 

• Typically a minimum of 3 years of experience in selling leasing and/or insurance products 
• Knowledge of commercial vehicle and business solution market
• Preferable cross functional experience in sales, credit, operations, etc.
• Preferable previous experience in working in an international environment 
• Interpersonal skills supported by strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent sales and negotiating skills
• Profound ability to build, develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and colleagues in the Volvo Group’s product companies
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment 
• Target-driven, self-motivated and tenacious in achieving the set objectives 
• Proficiency in Lithuanian language, advanced level in English
