Aftermarket Sales Coordinator

This isn’t your typical sales role.

We're looking for someone who's naturally curious, takes initiative, and enjoys helping others improve and grow. You don't need decades of experience, if you're someone who cares about doing great work, likes figuring things out, and can build solid relationships, this could be a great fit.

In this role, you’ll be working closely with dealerships, key accounts, and internal teams to make sure customers get the most out of our service solutions. That includes supporting service contracts, helping with onboarding and renewals, and making our processes better along the way. If you’ve ever worked around trucks, freight, or service teams, or you’re just great with people and love solving problems, we want to hear from you.

What You’ll Be Doing:

You don’t need to tick every box, we’ll support your learning and growth. But here’s what the role looks like:

• Helping dealership teams grow their service contract and fleet management offerings.
• Coaching and supporting others so they can deliver a great customer experience.
• Spotting trends and digging into customer behaviour to suggest improvements.
• Being a go-to contact for service contract questions, renewals, or support issues.
• Working with customers, dealers, and internal teams to keep things running smoothly.
• Helping the team set goals, plan ahead, and improve how we work.
• Bringing new ideas to the table and contributing to local and national initiatives.

Who are you?

We care more about your mindset than your resume. Ideally, you’re:

• A great communicator who can build trust and get things done.
• Comfortable working independently and managing your time well.
• Motivated by solving problems and helping people succeed.
• Interested in how trucks, transport, or service operations work (even better if you’ve worked in or around that space).
• Confident using tools like Power BI (bonus points if you've built reports or dashboards).
• Someone who’s curious, commercial, and always looking for ways to improve.
