Aftermarket Sales Coordinator

Location:

Wacol, QLD, AU, 4076

Position Type:  Professional

Transport is at the core of modern society. Imagine using your expertise to shape sustainable transport and infrastructure solutions for the future. If you seek to make a difference on a global scale, working with next-gen technologies and the sharpest collaborative teams, then we could be a perfect match.

What you will do

For people who love solving problems, building relationships, and helping customers get the most from their investment.

This isn't your typical sales role.

We're looking for someone who's naturally curious, takes initiative, and enjoys helping others succeed. You don't need decades of experience. If you're someone who cares about doing great work, likes figuring things out, and can build strong relationships with a wide range of people, this could be a great fit.

In this role, you'll work closely with dealership teams, key account managers, and fleet customers to ensure customers get maximum value from our service and fleet management solutions. You'll act as a trusted partner, helping customers understand how their fleets are performing, identifying opportunities for improvement, supporting onboarding and training, and ensuring they get the most out of our systems and service contracts.

This is a highly collaborative role that combines relationship management, customer support, data analysis, and continuous improvement. You'll spend time supporting dealerships and sales teams while also working directly with customers to help improve fleet utilisation, operational performance, and overall customer experience.

What You'll Be Doing

You don't need to tick every box, we'll support your learning and growth. Here's what the role looks like:

  • Working alongside dealership teams and key sales managers to grow service contract and fleet management solutions.
  • Building strong relationships with fleet customers and becoming a trusted point of contact throughout their journey.
  • Helping customers understand fleet performance, utilisation trends, and opportunities to improve efficiency and uptime.
  • Supporting customer onboarding and delivering training on our systems, tools, and service offerings.
  • Coaching and supporting dealership teams so they can deliver exceptional customer outcomes.
  • Monitoring customer engagement, identifying trends, and using data to recommend improvements and value-adding initiatives.
  • Managing service contract enquiries, renewals, and ongoing support requirements.
  • Collaborating with customers, dealerships, and internal teams to resolve issues and ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Contributing to business improvement initiatives, strategic planning, and national projects.
  • Bringing fresh ideas and a continuous improvement mindset to everything you do.

Who are you?

We care more about your mindset than your resume. Ideally, you're:

  • A confident communicator who can build trusted relationships with customers, sales teams, and operational stakeholders.
  • Comfortable presenting information, explaining data, and training others on systems and processes.
  • Motivated by helping customers improve their business outcomes.
  • Comfortable working independently and managing competing priorities.
  • Interested in how trucks, transport, fleets, or service operations work (even better if you've worked in or around that space).
  • Confident using tools like Power BI (bonus points if you've built reports or dashboards).
  • Someone who's curious, commercially minded, and always looking for ways to improve.

What’s in it for you?

We offer a solid package of compensation and benefits, plus:

  • Work in a supportive team, where new ideas and change are embraced and encouraged.
  • Work with iconic brands and be part of a reputation that has been earned over a century.
  • Join an organisation that supports internal career growth through training, role changes, and global mobility options.
  • Benefits for applicable staff including access to Sonder (Wellbeing & Safety Partner) for employees and family members, education assistance, Service Awards, income protection, private health insurance, personal computer loans, option to purchase additional leave, additional superannuation and generous paid parental leave provisions.
  • A strong commitment to safety and your health and wellbeing.
  • A commitment to equal opportunity and equal outcome.
