We’re now looking for a creative and driven Content and Graphic Designer to help us bring our brands to life through compelling content development and high-impact design across digital and print platforms. As part of a globally respected group with deep roots in the Australian market, we represent a multi-branded portfolio of premium, globally recognised names — including Volvo Trucks, Mack Trucks, and UD Trucks — giving you the opportunity to work across some of the most iconic names in the industry.

What You’ll Do

As a key member of our Sales and Marketing team, you’ll develop content that captures attention, builds brand consistency, and drives engagement. Your responsibilities will span across both digital and print mediums, and include:

  • Creating omni-channel campaign content for use on website, email, social media (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Tik Tok etc.), print and digital advertising and POS.
  • Designing branded marketing materials such as brochures, spec sheets, truck livery, presentation, and event/trade show assets.
  • Editing photo and video assets to maximise content investments in these mediums (agency partners are used to capture high-quality video and photography assets which can be repurposed for use in our owned and paid channels).
  • Capturing and editing photo and video content for smaller scale local projects for use on channels such as social media or internal communications.
  • Ensuring all visual content aligns with global brand guidelines and the local tone, style, and strategic goals of the brand it represents. Along with the Brand Manager, become a local custodian of the iconic global brands.
  • Collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders to develop and execute creative concepts and materials that align to the target audience.
  • Assisting in campaign planning and ideation.
  • Conducting trend, audience, and competitor research to inform creative strategies and a deep understanding of the target audience.
 

Who are you?

You’re a well-rounded content creator and designer with a sharp eye for visual storytelling and a drive to create engaging, on-brand materials that connect with audiences. We’re looking for someone with:

 

  • Tertiary qualifications in graphic design, visual communications or a related discipline
  • Proven experience in visual communications, graphic design and content creation or similar, preferably in a B2B environment, with a strong portfolio showcasing a rage of design projects
  • Experience in transport, logistics or heavy machinery industry or automotive is an advantage
  • Hands-on experience with digital SLR photography and proficiency in video editing software
  • Demonstrated skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) and Microsoft Office Suite and Office365, particularly PowerPoint, SharePoint and Teams
  • Experience in website landing page design or Figma would be well regarded
  • Solid understanding of branding, core design principles and digital marketing strategies
  • Excellent written communication skills, including copywriting, proofreading, and content editing
  • Strong organisational skills with ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate proactively with internal teams and external stakeholders to drive aligned, results-oriented outcomes
