Primary Purpose
Responsible for the day-to-day administration and continuous improvement of the Volvo Group Australia’s Ecom, Ship Direct and related programs and processes.
Key Responsibilities
- System Maintenance – Price, Product, and documentation of Volvo Groups proprietary ECom platform.
- Apply parts product knowledge to correctly identify parts and alternatives where appropriate
- Liaising with Product Managers / Customers / Vendors / Service Market PDC Sydney
- Ensure Invoicing of goods / products in a timely and customer focused manner using various internal Volvo Group systems for both internal and external stakeholders
- Maintain and facilitate relationships with key stakeholders within Volvo Group Aust and the authorised dealer network.
- Maintaining up to date supplier and dealer database
- Work with Ecom marketing programs to maintain data and assist Ecom Coordinator with marketing programs
- Liaise with ECom suppliers on outstanding orders to maintain low order to invoices days and communication of delays in supply to our authorised dealer network
- Providing occasional administration support and tasks for the Volvo Group Australia Service Market team.
- Ensure compliance with Volvo Groups Environmental Policy, Workplace Health & Safety requirements, and in general take any reasonable steps and precautions to protect or minimise harm to the workplace, its employees, and the environment
- Other duties as required.
Educational Qualifications
- Cert 3 In Supply and Logistics (Preferred not essential)
- Previous data entry experience (Preferred not essential)
Business skills & attributes
- Ideally demonstrates knowledge in the heavy automotive industry (aftermarket)
- Good numeracy skills and a basic understanding of accounting
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to establish work priorities and meet deadlines
- Intermediate PC skills (Microsoft packages)
- Self-motivated with a passion for excellent customer service
- Professional approach and image
