What you will do
As an IT Business Analyst in the Digital & IT team, you wil support and enhance CRM capabilities by acting as a subject matter expert in customer data and Salesforce processes. You will be responsible for ensuring effective system utilization through user support, training, reporting, change management and stakeholder collaboration.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Act as a subject matter expert for customer data and CRM processes in cross‑functional business projects
- Deliver Salesforce training, onboarding sessions, and user enablement materials
- Serve as the first point of contact for Salesforce “how‑to” queries and general user support
- Develop, maintain, and optimize Salesforce reports, dashboards, and analytics
- Perform basic troubleshooting and escalate complex issues to senior administrators or IT teams
- Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new CRM features and enhancements
- Coordinate and communicate with dealer partners to ensure seamless data flow and onboarding
- Document and manage CRM change requests, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Reporting to the Business Systems Manager, you will form part of the Business Systems team of 8. The Business Systems team are a good-humoured and supportive group, who keep their team strong with an inclusive working environment and regular team lunches.

- A degree or qualification in IT (or related field)
- Strong understanding of CRM processes and customer data management
- Experience in Salesforce administration, reporting, or user support (advantageous)
- Excellent communication, training, and stakeholder engagement skills
- High attention to detail and commitment to maintaining data integrity
- Proficiency with reporting tools such as Salesforce dashboards and Power BI
- Ability to learn new systems quickly and adapt to evolving business needs.
