At Volvo Group Australia, we’re shaping the future of transport and we’re looking for a dynamic Key Account Manager to lead our engagement with major customers across Volvo Trucks, Mack Trucks, and UD Trucks.

What you'll be doing:

  • Be the end-to-end point of contact for your assigned Key Account Customers delivering an exceptional customer experience from first enquiry to final delivery.
  • Represent and leverage the entire VGA portfolio to maximise value and brand penetration across all three brands.
  • Develop and execute strategic activity plans to meet or exceed sales and profit targets.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders as part of a high-performing Commercial Crew to drive total solution selling.
  • Proactively manage customer relationships to ensure issues are resolved promptly and satisfaction remains high.
  • Engage in pipeline management, forecasting and planning to stay ahead of customer trends and fleet needs.
  • Coordinate seamless vehicle delivery in line with inventory KPIs and company standards.
  • Manage trade-ins, pricing, and remarketing in partnership with the VGA Remarketing team.
  • Prepare and submit tenders and proposals, and represent VGA on relevant bodies when required.

About you:

  • Experience within in a recognisable multi-brand, B2B sales environment will be highly regarded.
  • You have a good understanding of the automotive or transport industry and a passion for helping customers succeed.
  • You’re a skilled communicator and negotiator, with a customer-first mindset and a track record of delivering results.
  • You have a solid grasp of commercial strategy and can analyse data to inform smarter sales decisions.
  • You’re tech-savvy, organised, and confident managing your own time and accounts independently.
  • A tertiary qualification in Business Management or a related field is advantageous, but not essential.
