We’re on the lookout for a strategic, hands-on leader to join our team as Manager – Partnership & Project Delivery, Governmental Sales. In this role, you’ll coordinate end-to-end project execution across key government accounts driving tenders, managing timelines, and fostering strong partnerships to help grow VGA’s presence in the public sector.

 

This is more than a project role it’s your opportunity to influence how our brands and solutions show up for some of the country’s most essential services.

 

What you will do:

  • Lead government-related sales projects from tender through to successful delivery
  • Drive cross-functional coordination and ensure compliance with government procurement
  • Build long-term relationships with key government stakeholders and suppliers
  • Represent VGA’s full brand suite in total solutions selling
  • Monitor timelines, mitigate risks, and deliver high-quality outcomes that meet customer needs
  • Champion continuous improvement across project and process delivery

What you'll bring:

  • Extensive experience in sales or project delivery, preferably in heavy automotive or industrial sectors
  • Strong knowledge of government procurement frameworks and compliance
  • Exceptional stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Proven ability to lead complex tenders and projects from start to finish
  • Commercial background working with fire, emergency services or the defence industry is a bonus
