VGA is seeking a customer-focused and detail-oriented National Fleet Coordinator to oversee and manage the seamless delivery and administration of all Volvo Group National Fleet Sales. This critical role requires a proactive individual to ensure the efficient execution of truck fit-ups, while enhancing overall fleet operations.
Key responsibilities:
- Work in conjunction with Key Account Manager to ensure the coordination, administration and delivery of new truck fit-up for National Fleet Truck orders.
- Lead the transformation of Fleet Sales processes, improving efficiency and coordination.
- Manage new truck fit-ups and deliveries, ensuring compliance with specifications and customer expectations.
- Handle purchase orders and cost allocation for suppliers.
- Develop and maintain schedules for truck builds and deliveries, providing timely updates.
- Streamline collaboration with wholesale functions and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.
Who are you?

- Fleet Management & Truck Industry Experience: Background in scheduling or fleet management, with truck industry exposure is highly regarded.
- Invoicing & Customer Service: Experience in invoicing processes and providing excellent customer service.
- Stakeholder Communication: Strong ability to communicate effectively with a variety of internal and external stakeholders.
- Autonomy & Team Collaboration: Ability to work independently, take initiative, and support the team when needed.
- Attention to Detail & Analytical Skills: Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and intermediate Excel proficiency for data analysis and problem-solving.
