What you will do

Volvo Group Australia manages the manufacturing, distribution and operation of well-known brands such as Volvo Trucks, Mack Trucks, UD Trucks, Volvo Bus, Volvo Penta, Volvo Construction Equipment and Volvo Financial Services.

 

As the National Parts Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing parts sales nationally across our multiple brands, ensuring the achievement of sales targets and growth objectives. This is a strategic role where you will develop and implement sales campaigns, foster strong dealer and customer relationships, and collaborate with various departments to ensure efficient supply chain and inventory management.

 

Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:
•    Develop and execute national parts sales campaigns, set dealership parts targets, and provide input into pricing strategies.
•    Collaborate with Regional Parts Managers, build strong relationships with dealer management teams, and drive participation in Parts Manager meetings.
•    Provide monthly activity reports, analyze dealer KPIs, and identify growth opportunities.
•    Coach and train dealer networks, collaborate with competence teams to enhance skills, and support continuous improvement.
•    Drive parts sales growth, support inventory management, and oversee rebate programs.
•    Build loyalty through relationship-building, assist in aftersales marketing campaigns, and support critical VOR situations.
•    Conduct quarterly reviews of dealer parts incentives and marketing materials.
•    Maintain a high level of business travel to strengthen dealer relationships and support sales growth.

You'll have proven experience in the automotive or transport industries and sound knowledge of inventory management, parts and marketing. You’ll be a proud ambassador for Volvo Group Australia and able to work autonomously. You pride yourself on your excellent problem solving, time management and conflict resolution skills.
