Volvo Group Australia is looking for a driven Regional Service Solutions Manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about making a real difference. If you have a growth mindset, enjoy collaborating with others, and want to develop your skills while supporting dealer networks to drive service contract & fleet management service sales, this is the role for you.
You’ll play a key role supporting dealer networks and Key Account Managers in driving service contract sales, fleet management services, and connected solutions, all while helping shape a premium customer experience across your region.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Lead the execution of the Service Solutions strategy across your region, supporting dealerships and Key Account Managers to grow service contract and fleet management sales.
- Train and coach dealership teams to enhance their knowledge, improve service offer uptake, and deliver a premium customer experience.
- Analyze regional trends and customer behaviours to identify growth opportunities and tailor commercial proposals.
- Support the full lifecycle of service contracts and fleet services, from tender input and activations to renewals and issue resolution.
- Act as the go-to regional expert, working closely with dealers, customers, and internal teams to resolve concerns and support key accounts.
- Collaborate with sales and commercial leaders to forecast demand, set performance targets, and align regional initiatives with national goals.
- Identify and implement process improvements, contribute to system feedback, and support local rollout of global and national initiatives.
Who are you?

- A strong sales focus, with a background in customer engagement, building client relationships, achieving targets, and delivering tailored solutions - an advantage.
- Experience in transport or truck-related operations (e.g., freight, tipper, waste, or any role involving truck movements or coordination).
- Excellent influencing and stakeholder management skills.
- The ability to work autonomously with great organisational skills.
- A genuine customer-first mindset and commercial acumen.
- Hands-on experience with Power BI, especially in building and maintaining dashboards and visual reports — highly regarded.
- Open to occasional travel as required.
