What you will do
As our Truck Remarketing Coordinator, you'll be at the centre of a fast-paced operation, working across inventory management, vehicle movements, sales administration, reporting and stakeholder coordination. No two days are the same. One day you might be coordinating vehicle preparation and logistics, the next you'll be supporting sales transactions, managing costings or helping deliver critical business reporting.
You'll work closely with the Remarketing & Demo Manager, internal teams, dealers, suppliers and customers to ensure every truck progresses seamlessly through its lifecycle. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys bringing order to complexity, thrives on attention to detail and takes pride in delivering outstanding customer and operational outcomes.
Key Responsibilities will include:
- Coordinating the intake, inspection and preparation of used trucks into inventory
- Managing vehicle movements and liaising with suppliers, wholesale yards and stakeholders
- Maintaining accurate vehicle records, documentation and inventory data
- Preparing customer contracts, invoices, credits and refund documentation
- Monitoring vehicle costings and processing supplier invoices
- Preparing weekly and monthly inventory and sales reports
- Supporting demo fleet administration and operational projects
- Identifying and escalating inventory, compliance or cost-related issues
- Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives across remarketing operations
Who are you?

- Experience in sales administration, inventory coordination, logistics, transport, automotive or a similar operational environment
- Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
- Confidence working with data, reports and business systems
- Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach
- Commercial awareness with an understanding of purchasing and cost control will be highly regarded
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently while collaborating with a wider team
- Exposure to heavy vehicles, transport, fleet or logistics operations desirable
