What you will do
As the Service Market Manager for Volvo Construction Equipment (Volvo CE), you will be responsible for customer satisfaction, market penetration, sales and profitability of Uptime and Parts services. This will include parts volumes and profitability for selected Dealer markets.
Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Develop a high performing dealer network for selected Dealer markets, in close collaboration with the retail development function
- Develop the Uptime and Parts capability with assigned Dealers to reach wanted targets in parts and services penetration as well as customer satisfaction
- Actively support the development and implementation of company targets for uptime and parts, as well support targets for productivity services
- Secure Dealer parts and service readiness at product launches
- Drive launches of Uptime and Parts services according to plans
- Planning and execution of partnership development meetings (PDP) to improve the overall partnership performance on the market.
Your future team
Reporting to the Volvo CE Head of Oceania Sales Market, you will work in a team of 5 Australian based Volvo CE employees, with the greater organization based in Eskilstuna, Sweden. You will have the advantage of working within the Oceania markets (Australia, New Zealand, New Caledonia) with a global backing, as the Volvo CE footprint continues to grow each year in Oceania.

- A relevant tertiary qualification
- Proven experience within construction equipment sales or aftermarket management
- Extensive experience working within global commercial organizations
- Experience in development of business plans and execution
- Sound understanding of Dealer operations
- Strong networking and relationship management
- A passion for people and organizational development
- Willing to travel interstate on a frequent basis, as well as internationally less frequently.
