What you will do

As the Technical Support Specialist, you will support product quality for Volvo Group brands, ensuring the Volvo Group Australia brand image and reputation is upheld in the market.

 

Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

  • Responsible for management and resolution of assigned Market Quality Reports and Dealer Quality Reports
  • Liaison with Global Trucks Technology and Global Truck Operations on assigned technical issues
  • Assist with management of Help Desk on a rotational basis
  • Assist with preparation and presentation of periodic Quality Run Through’s for both internal teams and dealers
  • Ensure that quality defects accepted within the Argus system are reported and promptly actioned through the Market Quality Reports and Argus
  • Process scope is from generation of Argus case by dealer to Market Quality Report closure or Product Issue Log connection
  • Provide technical support to the Dealer/Importer network and field personnel.
  • Accept quality defect cases logged by dealers within Argus
  • Assist with technical investigations where appropriate
  • Investigate warranty data through quality analytics in determining fault frequency.
