Business Administration Apprentice
Salary: Up to £21,000 (depending on experience)
Location: Warwick (Hybrid – 60% office-based)

This role sits in our Service Contracts team, within the wider Product, Pricing & Logistics function.
You’ll be the first point of contact for all inbound contract enquiries, managing cases efficiently and ensuring accurate logging and assignment within the team. Your role will be essential in maintaining smooth and timely contract administration processes.

Who are you – and who will you work with?
You’re someone with a natural curiosity and a mindset that thrives on structure, numbers, and clear communication. You enjoy solving problems, digging into data, and making sure things are running smoothly, all while building great relationships with the people around you.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Genuine enthusiasm for reporting and analysing data to uncover trends and insights
- Excellent communication skills, equally confident engaging with people and interpreting data
- A proactive, can-do attitude and a genuine willingness to learn
- Creative thinker with a focus on continuous improvement
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Confident using basic Excel formulas
- Experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems is a bonus, but not essential — training will be provided
Reporting to the Head of Product, Pricing and Logistics, this role involves close collaboration with and the opportunity to shadow the Contract Portfolio Manager. You will join a close-knit contract administration team.
What you’ll do:
You’ll be the first line of support for all incoming service contract enquiries - the person our dealers and customers rely on to keep things moving and ensure every case is handled with care and precision.
- Create insightful reports on case volume, status and resolution
- Manage and prioritise cases received primarily by email, with occasional phone enquiries
- Assign cases accurately within the wider team using Salesforce and other internal tools
- Log all case files and attach relevant contract documentation for the contract administration team to action
- Produce and present detailed reports on case volumes, status, closure rates, and average case durations to support management
- Provide cover by handling assigned cases during periods of team absence or vacation
- Help improve how we manage cases and data
