Working Hours: 37.5 hours a week, Monday-Friday
Degree Requirements:
- 2 years completed – Placement between 2nd & 3rd study years.
- Academic grades on track for a first or 2:1 in your chosen studies.
- Studying for a Business/Marketing Degree or related degree.

As an intern, your role will be to support the Volvo Fleet Sales and Sales Support teams in the New Vehicles Sales Department. You will gain insights from a variety of department experts with the opportunity to work on unique projects within the department.

Your Responsibilities:
- Understand the Volvo UK Fleet Sales business and customers.
- Follow up, maintain, and improve current initiatives and internal processes.
- Support and improve current communication actions toward dealers, customers, and internal teams.
- Create and implement new ways of working in the key areas of customer contracts and sales administration.
- Assist in local projects, recommendations, and improvement areas
- Support the Key Account Sales and Administration functions with some of the largest customers Volvo Trucks works with.
- Any other duties that may be reasonably requested by your manager.
Who are you?
- Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills, comfortable with changing or managing multiple priorities.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and Excel, with a keen interest in learning company systems
- Ability to meet deadlines and work well under pressure when having to multitask.
- Confident with the ability to communicate across all levels of the business
- Enjoy working collaboratively, being able to work across multiple teams to find out necessary information.
