Location: Warwick – Hybrid 3 days a week in the office

What you will do:

You will be the first point of contact for UK-wide customers and dealer enquiries regarding service contracts. You will be the person our dealers and customers rely on to keep things moving and ensure every case is handled with care and precision.

 

  • Receive, manage, and prioritise customer and dealer enquiries via email and phone
  • Assign cases accurately within the wider team using Salesforce and other internal tools
  • Support contract case management, including checking documentation and preparing amendments and extensions
  • Manage dealer communications and case handling primarily via Salesforce
  • Prepare and issue customer communications, including excess mileage invoices, annual price increase letters and completed contract documentation
  • Maintain customer data across  systems to support invoicing accuracy, working with colleagues in the UK,  Ireland and Sweden to resolve corrective actions

 

Who are you?

  • You will come from a customer service background
  • Confident communicator, able to engage with internal and external stakeholders at all levels
  • Comfortable analysing/interpreting high volumes of data
  • You will have a Continuous improvement mindset and always be looking to develop longer-term solutions for managing customer enquiries
  • Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and Word (including mail merges)
  • Experience using CRM or other case management systems
  • Enthusiastic and adaptable approach to tasks and challenges
