As a Dealer Systems Support Co-Ordinator at Renault Trucks, you’ll play a pivotal role in supporting and managing our internal systems and portals, ensuring smooth and secure access for our Market Company and Dealer Network users. This role is crucial in maintaining the integrity of our operations, supporting users, and facilitating the seamless flow of information across our systems.

You bring a positive, resilient attitude, problem-solving mindset, and a drive to make a difference within a forward-thinking company.
Your Responsibilities
As part of the Service Market & Retail Development team, you will:
- Facilitate user access requests and manage the administration of all Group Truck portals and systems.
- Grant and remove access to applications for Market Company users and the Dealer Network.
- Support market companies and dealers with IS/IT charging and invoicing.
- Offer excellent customer service and support to employees, dealers, and customers.
- Assist business users with the effective use of applications and technology.
- Work with help and support desks, including third-party providers, to ensure smooth system operation.
- Oversee new dealer creation and termination processes.
- Provide cover for other team areas as required, ensuring continuity of operations.
