Who Will You Work With?

This role sits within the busy and fast-paced Sales Order Processing team. It’s a great opportunity to join a small, friendly group with a supportive and collaborative way of working, where we’re well-placed to help new colleagues succeed.

 

The team includes two Fleet Delivery Specialists and two Dealer & Fleet Sales Support, all reporting into the SOP Logistics & Inventory Manager.

 

Beyond the team, you’ll work closely with the Sales Team, Key Account Managers, and bodybuilders, building relationships that are essential to delivering for our fleet customers.

What Will You Do?

  • Lead the end-to-end order-to-delivery process, ensuring every vehicle meets customer specifications and is delivered on time
  • Ensure accurate vehicle specifications by liaising closely with Key Account Managers and the Technical Department
  • Proactively identify and resolve challenges, ensuring smooth delivery schedules and customer satisfaction
  • Ensure compliance with tender conditions, delivery agreements, legal requirements, and company policies
  • Monitor and manage factory and bodybuilder delivery schedules, providing solutions to any deviations to meet customer expectations
  • Track and manage supplier and customer payments, supporting cash flow and mitigating risk
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives, challenging existing processes and suggesting ways to enhance efficiency and service quality
