We are now looking to recruit a National Fleet Aftersales Business Development Manager to support our customers and help grow our parts and service business across the UK.
As our new National Fleet Aftersales Business Development Manager, you will take ownership of a portfolio of key fleet accounts and prospects, developing strong, lasting relationships that go far beyond sales. You will focus on maximising parts and service opportunities, boosting volumes and margins, and ensuring every customer interaction reflects the Renault Trucks standard of excellence.

Who Are You and Your New Colleagues
You have experience building relationships at every level, from directors in blue-chip organisations to owners of SMEs, right through to workshop teams on the ground. You don’t need to come from a heavy-duty truck background. If you have strong aftermarket/parts sales experience in buses, coaches, light commercial vehicles or plant machinery, we would be delighted to see your application.
You bring:
- A proven track record in a sales environment, delivering results consistently
- Self-motivated, proactive self-starter who is curious and eager to collaborate across departments to drive sales
- Negotiation and analytical skills, with the ability to spot opportunities and close deals
- General knowledge about legal and financial rules associated with key account protocols
- A valid UK driving licence
- Commercial awareness and customer focus, with a problem-solving mindset
- Confidence working with a wide range of stakeholders, from customers to internal teams
You will report directly to the Head of Parts and Commercial Support, working closely to align your strategies with the wider business goals. As part of our collaborative Parts & Commercial Support team, you will work alongside the National Key Account Manager, Renault Trucks Dealer Network, and colleagues across the UK and France.
What You Will Do
- Build and manage a portfolio of national fleet customers and prospects, driving parts and service revenue growth.
- Working with Key account managers and the wider team to create and execute sales action plans to drive parts and service revenue
- Collaborate with the dealer network to ensure exceptional customer support
- Provide clear and concise updates on all key fleet activities, including sales performance and progress.
- Use Renault Trucks IT tools to respond swiftly and accurately to quotations, managing the sales process from order to invoicing.
- Negotiate agreements that create value for both customers and Renault Trucks, securing cross-departmental commitments as needed.
- Lead negotiations with your portfolio of accounts, working across departments to secure necessary commitments and deliver value for all parties involved.
