This is a rare opportunity to take full operational and strategic responsibility for the facilities and daily running of our Warwick premises. You will ensure every visitor, colleague and customer interaction reflects the professionalism and standards of Volvo Groups.

Who are you?
You are a passionate facilities professional who takes pride in creating exceptional workplace environments where people can thrive.
- Proven Building or Facilities Management experience in a complex, high-visibility corporate environment
- Track record of managing suppliers and contractors, driving performance, value and continuous improvement
- Deep understanding of hard and soft FM, including building services, HVAC, maintenance, cleaning, catering and security
- Strong supplier and stakeholder manager, able to influence senior partners and external contractors with credibility
- Strong problem solver with exceptional attention to detail and a consistent high standards mindset
- Commercially sharp with hands-on experience managing budgets, contracts and CAFM or property systems
- Relevant professional qualifications or memberships such as IWFM, IOSH, NEBOSH, or Degree/HNC in Facilities or Building Services
What you will be doing and who you will work with
In this role, you will take complete ownership of the Warwick site facilities, ensuring a consistently high standard of service, experience and compliance across a flagship Volvo Group workplace.
- Lead day-to-day hard and soft FM operations across the site, including HVAC, building services, maintenance, cleaning, catering, security and reception
- Act as the main point of contact for the external FM partner, ensuring performance, KPIs and SLAs are delivered and continuously improved
- Manage and develop supplier relationships, driving performance and continuous improvement
- Own site budgets, forecasting and cost control, identifying efficiencies and investment opportunities
- Ensure full compliance with health, safety, environmental and statutory requirements across all property activities
- Drive sustainability and energy initiatives aligned to Volvo Group ESG goals
You will work closely with colleagues across the entire Volvo Group UK and Ireland organisation, including senior leaders, business support teams, HR, events teams, PAs and operational stakeholders.
