Customer Service Representative (CSR) – Washington
Salary: Up to and between £28,000 - £30,000 per annum + bonus scheme + life assurance + healthcare + car scheme + pension + holidays + industry leading discounts & more fantastic benefits
Shifts (days/backs): Dayshift - Monday to Thursday (6.00am - 2.30pm) Friday (6.00am - 1.30pm) and Backshift - Monday to Thursday (9.30am - 6.00pm) Friday (9.30am - 5.00pm). Every second Saturday required (8am - 12pm), paid at overtime rate
As Customer Service Representative (CSR) you will be responsible for delivering high-quality support to customers, dealers, and partners. You will ensure timely resolution of inquiries related to trucks, parts, services, and warranties while maintaining Volvo’s strong reputation for reliability and customer satisfaction.

What you will do:
- Act as the first point of contact via phone, email, or in person
- Handle enquiries about trucks, servicing, parts, and warranties
- Provide updates on vehicle repairs, costs, and completion times
- Book vehicles for maintenance, MOT, and repairs
- Liaise with technicians/workshops to ensure smooth workflow
- Schedule and manage service appointments efficiently
- Raise job cards, invoices, and cost estimates
- Process orders for parts and services, including tracking and follow-ups
- Record customer interactions using CRM systems
Who are you?
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Good organisational and problem-solving abilities
- Basic IT skills (CRM systems, Microsoft Office)
- Experience in automotive, logistics, or dealership environments (preferred not essential)
