Accountant in Order to Cash Department

Your future duties:

  • Monitor and process incoming customer payments (bank transfers, direct debits, checks, electronic payments).
  • Support dispute management related to payment differences.
  • Analyze underpayments, overpayments, and deductions.
  • Perform regular reconciliations of Bank accounts, AR accounts, interim accounts.
  • Ensure aged items are investigated and justified.Prepare reconciliation documentation for internal and external audits.
  • Calls customer in order to clarify the overdue invoices and other issues connected to the customer account.
  • Prepare regular (daily, weekly, monthly) and ad hoc reports to support operational and management needs.
  • Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities. Ensure all cash postings are complete and accurate before close.
  • Maintain regular and effective communication with business partners and participate in relevant meetings.

  • Knowledge of the SAP Finance module (MF 1.0 and/or MF 2.0) is an advantage.
