About the role

We are looking for an Audit & Operational Compliance Analyst with strong experience in IT audits, operational compliance, and cross-team coordination. In this role, you will act as a key Audit & Operations Management (AOM) focal point, leading audit preparations, coordinating assessments, and ensuring compliance across Global Dealer System (GDS) environments.

This is a highly cross-functional role requiring both technical understanding and strong governance capabilities. You will work closely with Stable Teams, market representatives, auditors (internal and external), and compliance stakeholders to ensure readiness, accuracy, and continuous improvement.

 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Lead and coordinate end-to-end preparation for IT audits and formal assessments, including Financial Audits (FCA), Security Audits, Data Resilience Gap Assessments, and NIS2 Assessments.
  • Organize and monitor audit readiness activities across GDS Stable Teams and markets within scope.
  • Prepare audit samples, system reports, and required documentation in the Global Dealer System (GDS).
  • Collaborate with internal and external auditors, ensuring timely delivery and validation of requested evidence.
  • Consolidate and verify data provided by stakeholders, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Maintain and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and AOM documentation.
  • Implement and monitor corrective actions resulting from audit findings in production environments.
  • Maintain the Service Continuity Plan (SCP) and support business stakeholders in updating the Business Continuity Plan (BCP), ensuring alignment between IT resilience and business continuity requirements.

Required qualifications & experience

  • Proven experience in IT audits and/or formal compliance assessments.
  • Solid understanding of:
    • Financial control audits (FCA)
    • IT Security audits
    • Data resilience frameworks
    • NIS2 regulatory requirements
  • Experience coordinating multi-team audit preparation processes.
  • Ability to work with structured documentation, evidence collection, and compliance reporting.
  • Experience collaborating with internal and external auditors.
  • Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail.
  • Ability to operate in production environments and oversee corrective action implementation.
  • Experience working in complex, multi-market or international environments.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
