Then, this could be an opportunity for you to join Accounting Services as Business Process Developer for Accounts Receivables & Collection.


Business Process Developer for Accounts Receivables & Collection will drive the process improvements globally. Moreover, you will be driving the change and improvements to increase process efficiency, employee engagement as well as customer satisfaction. You will work with other Business Process Developers to maintain the process network that supports the delivery organizations.

  • You have the ability to independently identify, define, plan, drive and implement process improvement initiatives

  • You are a person with the high customer focus and fact-based approach
  • You are able to handle the stress of tight deadlines
  • You hold a master’s degree in Business/Economics or similar, and you are fluent in verbal and written English

To be successful in this position we believe you have experience in:

  • Process improvement work with different stakeholders’ involvement
  • Empowerment and coordination of the teams without direct reporting supervision
  • Supporting line operations to continuously improve quality and efficiency
  • Leading accounts receivables process in projects driven by other organizations, but with dependencies or impact on accounts receivables
  • Following and implementing the financial rules and policies defined by AB Volvo and Financial Control & Accounting
  • Communication and networking between different organizations, driving the process discussions on different forums
  • Defining process rules, measurements, targets
  • Supporting the implementation of the best practices within the accounts receivables processes
  • Supporting the implementation of the internal control standards
