In the Global Center inside People Services, we are responsible for smoothly executing the Global Compensation process for Volvo Group employees. In the team, we use and configure a cloud-based online platform, SAP SuccessFactors, in keeping with business requirements in different countries and provide tool and process-related support for end users (People & Culture Partners and Managers).
We work as first-line support of HR software as well as the advisors of global compensation and performance processes for our colleagues globally.
Your future team is called the Compensation and Navigator Operations. We operate globally and our greatest values are expert knowledge, a friendly workplace, and cooperation.
Who are you?

- Support the implementation of the company bonus in SuccessFactors
- Play a key role in the support and administration of the company bonus after implementation
- Analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of current bonus programs, making recommendations for improvements based on data-driven insights
- Support the organization in adapting to new process and system
- Prepare and present reports on company bonus performance
- Assist in the development of communication materials to educate stakeholders about company bonus
- Gather feedback from users and stakeholders post-implementation to identify areas for improvement
If you are someone who:
- Communicates confidently and clearly in English
- Learns quickly and maintain quality business relationships
- Is very well organized, and while also a strong team member, you perform to a high level alone
- Has strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data
- Is experienced with Compensation & Benefits topic
- Has a good overview of general HR processes
- Understands payroll processes – is a plus
- Is detail -oriented
