You will lead a team of data professionals who develop data pipeline and industrialize data &AI solutions with DevOps and MLOps pipelines. You will work with the latest technology and ways of working, focusing on developing your technical skills as well as growing the members of your team.

We will take care of all aspects of data and AI, including quality assurance, documentation, availability, preparation, and consumption through BI, analytics, and machine learning. Who are you?

Requirements:  

  • University degree in IT or equivalent.
  • Several years of experience as a data engineering practitioner and/or Experience in leadership in line organizations or projects.
  • Knowledge of databases, data lakes, data pipelines, Spark/Databricks, CD/CI, DataOps, MLOps, and traditional ETL approaches.
  • Experience in Machine Learning and AI Engineering is beneficial.

What’s in it for you?

As a Chapter Lead, you will be the line manager for our data engineers in Poland and will directly coach and develop them. You will be involved in hands-on work focusing on data analytics initiatives, from data onboarding to operationalization of advanced analytics and AI to realization, with best practice tools and methods. You will be a part of the Data Engineers Chapter management team and report to the Head of Chapter Data Engineers. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Build and develop skills, attract and develop talents.
  • Foster a Data Engineering community and enable knowledge sharing.
  • Work as a practitioner in your area of expertise.
  • Develop working methods for Data Engineering.
  • Secure external input and best practice sharing.
  • Manage capacity planning and new requests for Data Engineers.
