Join our Swedish Operations team in Global Center in Poland and support employees and managers in Sweden in an international environment. As an HR Administration Specialist, you will help deliver reliable, efficient HR services and contribute to improving the way we work.
Who are you?
Your responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day HR administration for employees in Sweden.
- Maintain accurate employee data and documentation in SAP SuccessFactors.
- Prepare employment contracts, amendments, and other HR documents.
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding administration.
- Respond to employee and manager questions.
- Provide accurate information to payroll and other stakeholders.
- Prepare HR reports and support data-quality activities.
- Help make processes simpler, more consistent, and increasingly digital.
- Identify opportunities to reduce manual work and improve the employee experience.

- Experience in HR administration, personnel administration, payroll support, or a similar role.
- Good working knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- A practical, structured, and service-oriented approach.
- Confidence working with HR systems and Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work across countries and teams.
- High integrity and discretion when handling sensitive information.
- Good command of English, written and spoken.
Experience with SAP HR, HR reporting, process improvement, automation, or shared-services operations is an advantage. Swedish language skills are also welcome.

The role is based in Wroclaw, Poland. Our offices are the primary place of work, and regular office presence is required.
