If so, we have an excellent opportunity to join Volvo as HR Administration Specialist with French and become part of our French-speaking Country Operations team.

In this role, you will:

  • Deliver investigative and resolution-based HR administration support across multiple HR areas, following applicable policies, work instructions, labor laws, regulations, and data privacy requirements
  • Independently handle a broad range of employee lifecycle topics, including hiring, employment changes, contract renewals, dismissals, trainee programs, expatriate cases, retirement processes, and termination activities
  • Prepare employment contracts, HR documentation, reports, and data extracts for internal and external stakeholders
  • Enter, validate, and maintain employee data in SuccessFactors, SAP HR, AskHR, and other local or global HR systems, ensuring completeness, accuracy, consistency, and confidentiality
  • Respond clearly and on time to employees, managers, HR Business Partners, HR functions, and external partners, managing expectations and sensitive cases professionally
  • Collaborate with cross-functional HR, payroll, and IT teams to secure end-to-end case resolution and proper information flow
  • Apply structured problem-solving methods to investigate issues, identify root causes, document corrective actions, and prevent recurring errors
  • Contribute to process standardization, simplification, automation, and other continuous improvement initiatives
  • Connect daily HR administration activities with payroll, compliance, reporting, workforce, and operational business needs

To succeed in this role, you bring:

  • Advanced proficiency in French and good command of English
  • Relevant experience in HR administration or shared service operations, with the ability to handle varied and moderately complex cases independently
  • Working experience with SAP HR and strong MS Excel skills
  • Experience with SAP SuccessFactors, AskHR, M365, or comparable HR digital tools is an advantage
  • Basic understanding of labor law, HR policies, employee lifecycle processes, data privacy, and information security requirements
  • Strong attention to detail and a disciplined approach to data quality and confidential information
  • Ownership, accountability, good time management, and the ability to prioritize multiple requests and meet deadlines
  • Clear communication, customer focus, and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and resolve misunderstandings professionally
  • A proactive, continuous improvement mindset, curiosity about digital tools, and openness to process and system changes
  • Practical problem-solving skills, including knowing when to investigate, correct, prevent, or escalate an issue
