Your future team:
*This is a temporary position; a fixed-term contract of approximately 1.5 years.
This is us – ASK HR team: We are part of the Volvo Group People and Culture - People Services. We’re working with global implementation, development and maintenance of Service Now HRSD application, ranging from case management, knowledge management and document management to service management/portal and workflows. We work as Agile based Scrum team.
Does it sound interesting and challenging for you? It’s a perfect match because currently we are looking for a colleague who will join us as HR Application Development Specialist working with Service Now HRSD.
What you will do
- Create and configure HR services and other components in ServiceNow,
- Tests,
- Run Service Now HR Application information sessions,
- Every member of the stable team is expected to take on job duties that goes beyond their role if it’s needed to meet the stable team’s delivery objectives and prioritizations,
- Participate in analysing and clarifying stories raised by the stakeholders,
- Conduct technical investigation on product possibilities,
- Support Product Owner in preparation of the road map (research of new features, implementation, training, go live),
- Advise during meetings with business stakeholders,
- Raising tickets to ServiceNow vendor and participation in resolving platform issues,
- Participate in Scrum team activities.

Nice-to-have competences:
- Being familiar with ServiceNow application,
- Understanding of Volvo Group application landscape (HR, identity management, exchange),
- Understanding of HR processes and environment,
- JavaScript, HTML, CSS (non-obligatory).
