We are currently looking for a colleague who will join us as HR Business Analyst - intern working with digitalization products and projects.
We are the People Services Digitalization team, whose purpose is to work with established and emerging digital technologies to transform how People & Culture in Volvo Group operates. In the team, we put emphasis on startup culture values to make a real impact on the organization.
Does it sound interesting and challenging for you?
In this role you will be mainly responsible for analyzing processes, creating documentation of requirements for development, and participating in our exciting projects in AI powered Hyper-Automation, Data visualization and more.
Your future role includes learning how to act like a digital consultant thanks to collaborating closely with our highly skilled Agile team and cooperating on an international scale with Subject Matter Experts and Leaders.
What will you do exactly?
- Actively participate in team Agile events
- Support in coordinating RPA opportunities and assessment meetings
- Maintain RPA opportunities list using Uipath Automation Hub
- Create a business case for automation and collect business requirements
- Create and maintain documentation (e.g. Process Design Document and process maps)
- Support in the study into the Uipath Insights tool
- Support User Acceptance Testing
- Facilitate the collaboration between the Digital Delivery Team, and the parties receiving the automation
- Support change management activities
- Track progress of development and update stakeholders accordingly
- Collaborate with business partners and leaders on the global level
And who you are?
- Currently a student in Business Analysis, Management, or equivalent field
- Readiness to work at least 25h per week (available during office hours - between 8am and 5pm)
- You are a structured and detail-oriented person
- Capable to provide high-quality documentation
- Self-motivated and engaged individual
- You have excellent problem-solving, analytical skills and passion for data analysis
- You can manage multiple tasks/projects simultaneously
- You have intermediate Microsoft excel skills and Power Platform
- You are proficient in English
